The project comprises the construction of 55 residential units along with associated infrastructure works in Liwa, developed by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA). The development forms part of ADHA’s housing program aimed at delivering residential communities in the Al Dhafra Region. The average GFA of each villa is 500sqm, with infrastructure and utility work included. Each villa plot occupies approximately 2,025 sqm (45 x 45 m), providing ample spacing and privacy between units.
