To ensure water security during emergencies, TRANSCO initiated a project to establish an emergency bypass pipeline connecting the water supply in Fujairah to Abu Dhabi. The project involved constructing bypass and interconnection pipelines at the Remah, Shobaisi, and Unit IV pumping stations.
